DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...Had new home built and designer forced this company on us. Installers were clueless and did zero orientation on the system. Half the door sensors trip inadvertently, motion detector doesn't work, and the best part is they wired the patio tv speakers into the dining room so you are forced to buy an amplifier versus just wiring speakers into outdoor TV. None of the wiring is marked and the LUMA CCTV cameras are a joke. The CLARE system they use is horrible, it claims it supports Z-Wave but nothing wor... read more

We've been trying to reach them for 4 days. No response. Shay really disappointed!
We built a new home and the builder recommended this company. We spent way to much money for their in house Claire system which has never worked great in 3 years. The system is awful and this company provides the worst customer service. After trying to get them to provide service for an issue after 3 months, we got another company to fix the issue. You call them, they don’t answer the phone, no call back when you do leave a message, you call your builder for help and they still don’t call. Poor service after the sale. It app... read more
