I made an appointment for a laser consultation. When I made the appointment, I specifically said I have another appointment at 12:00 and the receptionist reassured me I will be on time and made me pay £50 in advance. When I came for the consultation, they made me wait 25 minutes. I told them to refund me the £50 because obviously they made me late for my other appointment.
