I made an appointment for a laser consultation. When I made the appointment, I specifically said I have another appointment at 12:00 and the receptionist reassured me I will be on time and made me pay £50 in advance. When I came for the consultation, they made me wait 25 minutes. I told them to refund me the £50 because obviously they made me late for my other appointment. Every treatment I've had has been amazing. The level of care and attention to detail you get from every single person in the clinic is second to none.
