Absolutely not recommended. The biggest issue by far is the hygiene and cleanliness. It honestly feels like the cleaning staff only vacuum the floor and never properly clean or disinfect any of the equipment. You can easily find other people’s sweat stains left on many machines. What’s even worse is that certain equipment (for example, the first leg press machine near the entrance) and certain areas of the gym (such as the space under the stairs next to the treadmills) have this disgusting smell of old sweat that seems deepl... read more

Absolutely disgraceful business practices from HOUSED. I attempted to cancel my membership in February due to pregnancy and despite providing written notice multiple times, they have continued charging my account and now owe me over $450. I have emailed repeatedly, called multiple times, sent a formal letter of demand, and still nobody is capable of resolving this.
