OTR: NO Overnight parking onsite. NO truck parking nearby. No Parking on the side street. Gated facility: only oneside is used for entry and exit. Drop and Hook 24/7. First Come, first serve (FCFS). FOLLOW scheduled appointment time. For live unload / load may early on same day appointment. Very tight, Limited space in Back lot. Good lighting at this location. Have pickup / delivery details (+ #). No bathroom available. Pets allowed, but they must remain in the truck.
They got 2 guys at the security gate and they haven't figured out, they can alternate lunch. 11:30 to 12:00 can't come into the yard to swap trailers. When trying to get info was greeted rudely.
