Lawrence, sales manager explained the product, and was very knowledgeable about the product we purchased. He was very helpful.
Since I already have one of the most supportive beds made from Tempurpedic, Lawrence was super helpful and knowledgeable in advising me about what pillow/ topper would be right for me and my neck problems and above all else he’s a nice guy!
Incredible experience... This is not our first Tempur-Pedic bed, but it was our first time using a dedicated Tempur-Pedic store instead of a "generic" mattress store. The store itself is in a great location in Mercato in North Naples. If you are looking for a Tempur-Pedic bed, this store has every type of bed and base to try out so you can pick your best match.
