The only good thing about my experience was Lawrence because he was trying to be helpful and he’s a nice guy. But other than that, I do not recommend buying any product products from Tempur-pedic directly and just buy from Amazon because they do not allow returns on anything and a lot of their products that I bought are actually uncomfortable and causing me pain After sleeping on them for a while
Larry was exceptional explaining product and process.
A great experience at the store. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Lawrence did a great job. The delivery was good but there was a hiccup on the delivery date and communication.
Dealing direct is better than going through a furniture store. More knowledgeable and ensures future service, if needed. Lawrence listened well and was able to help us make the right decision for us.
