My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Orlando. We explained that we wanted information on the Tempur-Pedic mattress options. Although we made our intentions clear that we were not going to make a purchase today, he proceeded to show us the various options that could meet our needs. He was friendly, thorough and patient. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready to purchase.

Today my husband and went into the tempur-pedic store in Rancho Cucamonga. I have never experienced the level of customer service that was provided by Matthew Arns! If you want an education in how to achieve perfect healing sleep, look no further. We were looking for a new topper and pillows for our bed and Matt took so much time showing us how to use our existing motorized base to achieve optimal pressure relief.
