My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Orlando. We explained that we wanted information on the Tempur-Pedic mattress options. Although we made our intentions clear that we were not going to make a purchase today, he proceeded to show us the various options that could meet our needs. He was friendly, thorough and patient.
