We cannot say enough great things about Margaret from Tempur-Pedic! Her service was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, kind, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress in 10 years, and Margaret made us feel just as valued and taken care of as the first time. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your comfort and satisfaction—Margaret is that person. We are loyal customers for life thanks to her! Highly recommend!

Judd was very helpful and informative while we explored the mattresses! We were able to try out the beds without feeling any pressure. The mattresses of course are comfortable, and so were our interactions with Judd!
Excellent customer service. Answered all my questions over text. Had five of the mattresses I wanted to try in store. Had lots of time and freedom to move around, trying each bed without being disturbed. Purchase was quick and easy. Margaret was helpful and lovely.
