Seth was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tempur-pedic products and bedding. The Plaza Frontenac Store was very convenient and all of the employees were friendly and helpful.
Brad gave us excellent customer service. Gave us all the time we needed. Provided us with all the information we needed and didn’t high pressure or upsell.

Brad Johnson at the Frontenac Flagship store was excellent. He explain the differences in the beds and let us try everything I was interstate in. Showed us how to use the different settings on the base. Great experience. Highly recommend over a regular matress store. Also the prices are more comparable to the tempur pedic online store.
