Excellent customer service. Brad was very knowledgeable, offered helpful suggestions, and was a great communicator, both in person, as well as with follow-up emails. He answered every question we had, and was comfortable to work with. No sales pressure. Thank you, Brad!
Leena made every moment of this experience & purchase a delight: personable, professional, understanding of difficult needs for sleep adjustment. Thorough, informative, courteous, and excellent representative for Tempur-Pedic. Excited for first use. Store is well-designed, pristine, inviting. Everything is perfect.
Comfortable surroundings, vast selection of products. Lena was a very patient and knowledgeable salesperson and did not try to “oversell’. Overall very pleasant experience.
