Brad Johnson at the Frontenac Flagship store was excellent. He explain the differences in the beds and let us try everything I was interstate in. Showed us how to use the different settings on the base. Great experience. Highly recommend over a regular matress store. Also the prices are more comparable to the tempur pedic online store.
The saleslady was very helpful. She made sure I tried a mattress for side sleepers. I had wanted a firm but she advised me that women of a certain age have Hip and shoulder pain and suggested I try a mattress that was better for this condition for side sleepers. I appreciated her honesty and help.
Brad was AMAZING!! Helped us get the pillows that worked best for us - super patient and kind!!
Visiting this store was awesome. Brad was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He made sure I would be very satisfied with athe product I'm purchasing.
