The staff was very knowledgeable about the various types of mattresses, as well as offering suggestions as to what type of bedding would be beneficial to my particular needs.
We came into the Tempur-pedic store for the first time about three weeks ago. Sandy greeted us and probably spent over an hour and a half answering our questions, helping us learn the options, discuss sleeping positions, and generally being extremely helpful. We left, considered the options and two days later ordered our bed. We only waited about 10 days until delivery, and the truck arrived exactly when they said it would. Had a great experience purchasing a new bed. Joe Meduri greated us as we walked in. He was very friendly and was great with answering questions that helped us get the right bed for us. He was also very responsive with emails. Their delivery service partners were great as well. The delivery team did a great job navigating everything where it had to go. We didn't need a mattress removed, but that is a nice service. Everything from beginning to end went as expected. Excited to be sleeping on a new bed.
