Edit to add: The day after I left this unfavorable review below, the Regional Manager did get in contact and has been very helpful and transparent in finding a resolution that works. Still waiting for all things to settle and resolve the situation. Absolute worst. Spend almost $10k on a mattress and base, only to be hit with typical salesperson junk.
