Terrible service. Did not feel welcome in the store at all. My wife and I went in looking for a firm pillow, salesman literally showed us one model and shut down any questions we had. Did not offer to explore other models or share any other possibilities. Borderline profiled racially and stood in the walkway not allowing us to even look inside. Would definitely not recommend
My Wife & I both purchased Pillows from Brittney @ the Brookfield Wi location. Brittney worked with us to determine the right pillows & the right alignment for our different needs. Both pillows work perfectly as they are very comfortable & provide good support & alignment. We both have neck issues & these pillows really help. Highly recommend these pillows & Brittney’s help if you need better a pillow & a better nights sleep.
Clint was nothing short of fantastic. Knowledgeable, personable and honest. I could not recommend him higher.
