Adam at the store in woodfield was great. He really knows their products and answered all of our questions. We think we've found our next mattress thanks to him.
The manager Beatrice is extremely rude and disrespectful. I called in regarding an issue I had with a mattress and I felt unheard. My issue left unresolved
If I could provide zero stars to this store. That would still be too high. I have been dealing with their screw ups for over a month. I have had to make 4 separate visits to the store, because no one answers the phone and Beatrice who sold us our mattress has yet to return my calls. I have finally given up and just going to cancel my order and go to a reseller where I can buy the mattress.
