Amazing experience! Jay was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions, and to make sure we found the right mattress. Didn’t feel pressured into buying, and did not try upselling us. He made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend this store!
We had a great time at the Tempur-Pedic store Naperville! Shaza was absolutely lovely and took the time to help us better understand the different mattress options. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. We really appreciated her patience and knowledge
