I purchased a Temper-Pedic mattress at Mattress Firm and in less than 3 years I made a claim. The same thing happened to me! I ordered a bed frame and specifically ordered for the "white glove service" which was outsourced to **********. ********** had me helping them move the heavy furniture while the other guy watched. Then upon removing the old item they started to move it downstairs then abandoned it in front of the front door and steps to my building.
