As soon as we walked in Phil was extremely helpful, listened to my wife and I. Phil understood what we were looking for after we explained the differences in the way each of us sleep, and what are rituals were in bed, whether it be reading, watching TV, etc... Heberthe, who was equally as helpful, took over via email with me the following week and helped guide us through the various purchasing options and packages. Cant wait for everything to arrive!
Davis was very helpful and informative will be coming back within the next couple days to buy a mattress solely because of Davis and his help
