I went in during their buy-one-get-one-free pillow promo, and the staff there were friendly, patient, and informative. I didn’t know much about pillows, so they worked with me and allowed me to try and test them out. I ended up purchasing the Tempur-Pedic Breeze pillow and couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
They were very helpful. I told them what I was looking for. They showed me exactly what I needed and even gave me some information on a card so I can order it online.
Fantastic service! And they remove the mattress covers unlike at Sleep Number. Everything explained thoroughly and transparently.
