Shaza was very helpful in picking out the right mattress and the base today. we also enjoyed the store self and how it was not that busy for us to try different types of mattresses.
I went to Oakbrook mall location. I saw the bed on line and I’m already an owner of another tempurpedic mattress. I placed an order with a manager on site Awab. He promised that he will call me the next day to let me know if delivery will be possible for Monday. I asked him twice to do that and he never called. Another associate was there that day and didn’t even smile. When economy is tough I wanted to give a store my business but honestly I shouldn’t have.
Shaza and Awab provided great customer service.
Definitely the most helpful staff we’ve experienced in going to 3 different Mattress stores. Shaza answered every question we had and let us know about things we didn’t even think about. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for a new mattress
