We needed a mattress desperately and made the drive from Lexington to visit the actual tempurpedic flagship store instead of the bigger mattress stores in town. We ended up purchasing a mattress after laying in a few. It hasn’t yet arrived but the customer service experience there was top notch. Alex S. guided us expertly through the different mattresses and gave us solid recommendations based what we told him we were looking for.
