We can't say enough about our visit to the Tempur- Pedic Flagship store. From the moment we entered the store, Steven was extremely friendly and attentive not to mention very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and went the extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed.
I’m not surprised to see so many 5 star reviews, especially calling out Ritchie specifically. He is so knowledgeable, and his expertise combined with his no-pressure guidance made us feel so comfortable while learning about the products, and ultimately purchasing!
