Had an excellent experience here, and ended up picking out a new mattress. Bradley was easy to talk to and struck the right balance between content expert and no pressure sale. Good people, solid products. Edited to add a disappointing caveat: after making such a significant purchase, the buyer must wait 7-10 days before receiving a phone call to set up a delivery date for the mattress.
