I paid $800 for the hair extensions and installation of them. Had them in for a couple months and booked to have them removed. She took so much of my own hair out during the removal I was left with a tiny mouse tail for a ponytail. She tried to say that's how thin my natural hair was before but it is obvious that it wasn't. I couldn't even use my hair elastics because my hair wouldn't stay in the anymore.
