I became "homeless" after fire destroyed my home in June. With the help of Alacrity Solutions, I was able to move into a lovely AirBnB close to my office by July 15th. It is a very nice place for a temporary residence. They even accepted my dog. I cannot thank Alacrity more.!

They assumed i needed subsidized housing an were unwilling to listen or help. Im very disappointed in the judgemental behavior of there agents. I work for the government an definitely dont appreciate how i was treated
The licensed agents lack urgency , never return calls i see no point in hiring people to do intake for people that is going o answer the phone or even call you! I don't how you guys are okay with playing with people lives the way you do with the slack and lack of communication!
