Chris went above and beyond for our family. We rented an apartment at the Dillon Street Apartments for 7 weeks for treatment at Johns Hopkins Bayview. Due to a medical emergency Chris allowed us to check in early making sure we had the key and that everything was ready. The apartment was spotless and very nice. I wholeheartedly echo all the previous glowing reviews. Chris and the team were absolutely fantastic to work with. They went above and beyond to ensure my parents felt comfortable and happy in their apartment. The unit itself was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Additionally, the rates were very reasonable, especially compared to other rental companies I researched. I highly recommend this management company for anyone seeking a hassle-free and pleasant renting experience.

Excellent company to work with. Our family needed to rent an apartment in Baltimore at very short notice which required everything to be set up, zero hassle with bills, etc and flexibility on many terms. Chris and the team were an amazing support from the initial phone call to discuss options throughout our stay. They were super helpful, courteous, professional and always responsive. If you are looking to rent an apartment in their areas, I highly recommend them!

I dealt with Mr. Chris to find a furnished apartment in Baltimore. It was my first time in the United States, and dealing with him was very easy, courteous, understanding of the client's situation, and flexible. Certainly, if I return, I will deal with him again; they are professionals.
