I absolutely loved this place after renting for 3 years any problems i’ve ever had have been fixed is a short matter of day also the tenants around me were super kind. there is plenty of space in the apartments and I have never had a noise complaint the walls are very thick and insulated. the rent is at a very good price and is super affordable. I moved my grandpa in to the building with me a while back and there has been great service and help with him. there is no reasons this shouldn’t be a 5⭐️
They gave me an affordable place to live when I needed it. Good in my book
Unprofessional company....just want the rent money . Tenant repair requests ignored and no care for the quality of building. Eves troughs full, water runs between siding n walls and out electrical sockets. Outdated fire Marshall inspections. Mold growing on building. Windows drafty and do not shut or lock properly. Concrete falling off landing. No disability entrace although there is disability parking. Gets 1 for " affordable" living. 602 Albert street Strathroy. Renter beware.
