We rented a house from tempo property for 5 years. They were always responsive with repairs. I liked the repair people and we usually worked with the same two gentlemen. We never experienced extreme rent hikes and I appreciated that due to being a graduate student with no raises for 5 years. When we moved out we cleaned throughly and received almost our entire deposit back. We always paid our rent on time. We typically signed our yearly lease 6 months before it was up due to the competitive rental market in Bloomington.

The worst housing experience I had in Bloomington in my five years living there. This property manager acquired the rental space I was renting during the middle of my lease (Madison Downtown apartments) and failed to upkeep my unit when issues came up. Tempo failed to properly clean and dry a flood that occurred in my unit (leaving my apartment a muddy mess) leading to a massive mold outbreak that damaged most of my personal belongings.
