Took my boat in for repair and they told me it would be two weeks but they would try to fit it in to diagnose it. Tempo called me four days later and it was fixed. Best of all the repair bill was much less than expected.
In my opinion this place is dishonest with their conversations with what they say over the phone compared to in person. Causing a waste of my time and theirs.
We had a great service experience at Tempo. A friend recommended them when we had an issue with our boat, and they took care of it promptly and quickly, handling all communications with the manufacturer to get the work done under warranty. Steve, Terry and Bob were all great to work with - they are knowledgeable, genuine, and made me feel important to them. I would gladly do business with them again.
