Jake and his service team are the best in the area, we purchased new jet ski a while back and was also best experience we have had. But service after the sale has been far superior to my past experiences. When picking up our ski being worked on the Technician actually took us back to his bay and explained everything he did. Brought my jet skis to this place to get them running properly for the season, was charged $1600 for a carb cleaning with a kit installed and two sets of plugs and fuel filters for each ski. Over $1000 in labor and I get them back running at half the capacity they should be. Called to address the issue and was treated with disrespect from the mechanic that worked on them and they want to charge more money because they can’t adjust the carburetor’s without taking the exhaust off.
