Service guy came @ 4:30 and stayed until 7 but was unable to solve the problem. They came back the next morning and did repairs. They charged me for the job and not the time it took to fix the problem.
Sala has been my HVAC servicer for over ten years. They are prompt, professional and courteous. I’ve had a few emergencies during that time and Joe has arranged to get my system fixed quickly. I would encourage anyone to use them.
Tech Brennen was very polite & respectful, very Professional. He got straight to work, seemed very efficient, was able to check furnace quickly. After completing furnace check, He asked asked if there were any questions or concerns. Sala you are very lucky to have an excellent technician. Great customer service. Great experience with this company. They inspected my Heating system and confirmed everything was operating normally. Technician was punctual, professional, and detailed. Highly recommend!
