Very responsive and communicative, the tech came out and did a great job getting our AC back up and running
Sala was very busy so it took a couple of days to get to our issue, but the offered to recommend a competitor if we were in a hurry. It turned out to be a plumbing issue rather than an Ac issue. The gave their diagnosis, recommendation and a fair service charge.
