Tempo Fitness is a great studio to take classes at. The instructors and knowledge and will motivate you during the workout. They will also show modifications for those attendees that need them. There are different styles of hIIt classes offered that rotate in a 3 week cycle.

This gym is fun and I can get a quick workout. There’s not as much community as at a CrossFit gym, but with COVID that’s a challenge even at CrossFit. I’m not a serious athlete or working on my physique, but there to stay active. This place is perfect for me.

Great coaches, change up the workout regularly so never get bored of one thing. The coaches and other members push you to work harder (in a good way), motivational, clean equipment. Highly recommend if looking to increase your workout game!

I have been a member of Ballard Tempo for several years! I am a huge fan of the type of workouts at this studio! I like the combination of strength/cardio in the HIIT format. I appreciate the coaches at Tempo. The coaching staff is friendly, supportive with your goals, and very motivating!❤️ I also love the community that I have built over the years at this studio!
