Upon arriving in my room I see that it wasn't clean properly (or at all who knows) since I found hair on the pillows, paper and other stuff on the floor and suspect thing on the wall of the bathroom. Went to talk to reception to have the room properly cleaned 3 times and everytime housekeeping came, redid my bed, change my towel but didn't address the other issue. Nice, very clean, right near Broadway so everything easily walkable.
My husband and I genuinely wanted to like this place, but many small things added up to create a lackluster experience overall. Our stay was OK but not great. Pros: - Friendly and prompt valet service - The cafe inside was clean and had good selections for breakfast/brunch - Great location in the heart of Nashville Cons: - Loud A/C (When we arrived, we checked in to our reserved room and immediately noticed loud, industrial machinery sounds coming from the AC unit.
