We’ve now stayed at Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown twice, once on our first visit to Nashville in October and again recently while meeting up with family. It has quickly become our go-to spot in the city. From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and Alexus truly stood out. She was the BEST and made our stay extra special. The location could not be better. Donald was excellent and very friendly and helpful during our stay! The valet experience was top tier because of him. 12/10!
Stayed for 3 nights, very bad communication from the hotel regarding the room we booked they neglected to tell us the room we had requested can’t be on a higher floor. Then we were told the upgrade to a higher floor charge would be taken care of, only to see it on our final bill. There is a need to follow thru on things to ensure a great customer experience. Put a cloud on what was supposed to be a celebration weekend.
