I have to say this i took my son there for the first time glad they took their time with tests. Its much better takong time, as of the other place was not great and didnt and didnt explain to me anything. This place explained more and took their time and got him the correct lenes he needs.
After reading other reviews, I decided to chime in as I too had a similar experience with the doctor being rude and delivering poor customer service. My visit wasn’t recent, but the one and only time I went will be just that, the one and only visit I will ever have here. I hadn’t offered a review until now because I thought my experience was related to other issues the doctor had (which may or may not be the case), but I believe the unwelcoming attitude I received was because I wasn’t going to order my prescription from them... read more
