The building is very old, and the noise from the neighbors is terrible every day. The neighborhood isn’t very safe either. There’s a convenience store nearby where homeless people gather daily. On top of that, when moving out, they charged an excessive amount that wasn’t in the contract. I wouldn’t recommend this management company or the owner at all. If you want to avoid a disappointing experience, I strongly suggest looking for another apartment.
Nice size but could use some renovations. Overall not a bad place but you get what you pay for.
