This was an emergency and really needed my elderly dog to be seen. My vet was booked and full of walk ins . So I called ahead and they accepted walk ins. I witnessed them be courteous and genuinely pleasant with everyone. A distraught lady walked in with a dog that was not going to make it. They made a call and everyone came running out the back. Had a great experience with friendly techs that seemed to really love animals, vets are knowledgeable and understanding. My poor cat had a very nasty bladder infection and was seen and treated same day. He is doing great now!
I had a good experience
I took my cat there on numerous occasions and the vet would not listen to me in relation to what was wrong with my cat. I told them it appeared to be idiopathic vestibular. I showed videos I took. They said I was wrong and it was epilepsy. I was lucky as fortunately the vet just came back from a seminar on epilepsy so they are the vet and know more than I do. I argued the differences.
