This place is amazing! Friendly and caring staff. Super clean facility. We were seen super fast and the doctor (Dr. Tyler Cochran) was very patient and thorough. The price was very reasonable. I like that you can walk-in same day for service for your pet. I highly recommend this place!
Costs are very reasonable and care is always excellent. It’s a walk in clinic so wait times can vary drastically but it also makes it convenient to bring your pets in whenever you have time. They also treat exotics which can be hard to find. Staff is kind and helpful and I will forever be grateful for their kindness and care in helping my baby cross the rainbow bridge.
I’d give the vets 5 stars but the front desk “customer service” is horrible. I’m surprised there’s not more complaints. Every time I come here I wonder how these women are still employed. Bad look for the practice but I guess they make enough to keep whoever they want up front. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. Be ready to be real irritated. Also it’s chaos because you can’t make an appointment unless it’s for a procedure. In theory that’s nice you can come anytime. Waited nearly 3 hours, staff rude, accidentally left my leash there after waiting for about 3 hours, then they claimed it wasn’t there, spoke to someone else that was there and they said someone there grabbed it
