I’m just curious as to why my pet was treated so aggressively. If your vet is no longer interested in doing his job, before he treats people’s pets badly, maybe he should consider retirement.

We recently took our Yorkie/Shih Tzu to Temple Veterinary Hospital after she was attacked by a Great Pyrenees late the night before. Dr. Cochran is actually my mom’s veterinarian, so we decided to bring her here. First, the staff was great. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and we were especially grateful that Dr. Cochran was able to get our girl checked out and started on antibiotics. I used to go here all the time, and the wait times kept getting longer and longer. Back in 2023, I took my dog in and was told there weren't any issues. A week later, I took him back, they ended up doing scans and he was put down less than a week later. I've avoided going there ever since. I went back last week because my 15-year old dog wasn't eating, I was supposed to be leaving for town the next day, and I needed a walk-in clinic. My husband and I recently moved to the Temple area from Michigan and had somewhat of an emergency situation with our one year old pup, Ranger. They took us in and were very thorough, kind, and took very good care of our Ranger. Needless to say, we found our new veterinarian. Thank you for your great care.
