Not friendly on the phone. Uncaring. Going elsewhere.
Wonderful group of people, Rene, Mike, Dr. Gage, everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. We trust two standard poodles (one is a 10 week old puppy as of the date of this review) and two sister cats to them. I wish they would come up with a great marketing plan to reduce costs, but the vets have a lot invested in their equipment and training to make it worth it.
Very accommodating place. I was greeted right away and my basset hound was treated with a lot of affection. She will have this vet from now on.
