Robert is a great trainer. He is very creative with our circuit training to ensure strength training/building. Great group members to work out with and some fun as well. I highly recommend this great training studio!
This trainer is dedicated to helping folks get back, and stay, on the road to fitness.
I have trained here for over seven years and I love it. The workouts and people are great and it's well worth my 40 min drive to get here!
