Clinic was promoting $100 gift cards for new patients. I got work done over Christmas with my adult daughter. I received the gift card but she hasn't. I asked them to send proof that they sent her a gift card but they haven't been responsive. They should honour their promotion and respond in a timely manner regarding these issues.
I want to thank Dr. Adel for his quick response when he learned that I was having an issue with my teeth. He called me right away and fixed the problem immediately. I am truly thankful and grateful — I’m pain-free now. Thanks to God, and thank you, Dr. Adel, for treating your patients like family. Keep up the great work you doing for Calgary community. Temple Square dental is the best dental you should go to. They are very helpful. They can fix your teeth. The doctors are very good kind and the front lady’s are very helpful
I want to thank Dr Sarah's and Gill , they are very professional and caring of the patients. I'm glad to meet you. I give only 4 stars because I think there's is a few things to improve like kids area it's mostly dirty and the sometimes the people in the front desk smells sweating.
I had an appointment on Saturday the 25th and I was honestly baffled. When I got my name called a hijabi lady sat me down and was talking to me (she was not the dentist that did my fillings) as I was sitting there waiting she was talking to a dental assistant about drama around the clinic right in front of me.
