I would like to share my sincere appreciation for Dr. Sara at the clinic. She is truly one of the most helpful and professional doctors I have ever seen—wow, her service exceeded my expectations. I had veneers done a long time ago at a different clinic, but recently one of the teeth covered by a veneer broke into two pieces. This clinic was incredibly unprofessional. I arrived with non-painful teeth and left feeling even more sensitive even after three weeks. They had my large teeth reduced significantly, leaving a noticeable gap between my upper and lower teeth. Despite visiting them three times, all their doctors assured me everything was fine. I had a terrible experience and strongly advise against visiting this clinic.
Clinic was promoting $100 gift cards for new patients. I got work done over Christmas with my adult daughter. I received the gift card but she hasn't. I asked them to send proof that they sent her a gift card but they haven't been responsive. They should honour their promotion and respond in a timely manner regarding these issues.
I've had so many issues with this clinic. I DO NOT recommend. Low quality care. Sometimes rude staff. I've had to go back many times for them to fix their mistakes on my teeth that should have been easily fixed in one go. Edit: we've received word from CDCP that they are no longer accepting claims from this clinic after an investigation. Don't go here if you have CDCP.
I love the front desk staff, Dr Adil and Dr. Puneet Gill they are the best dentists I have seen in Canada for last 23 years. They were patient with my kids, they are no more scared to come to the dentist. Thanks ❤️🌹
