Temple Square Dental Clinic has been one of the most unprofessional clinics I’ve ever dealt with. The staff here lack accountability and professionalism. Their scheduling system is a complete disaster—appointments are constantly mishandled. They call patients at random times, overbook, and then make you wait 30–40 minutes, sometimes even over an hour, before being seen. I’ve visited this clinic four times, and overall, I was very satisfied with the dentist’s work – they were professional and caring. However, my experience with the receptionist was disappointing. Before my first visit, I read on their website that “if a new patient does a check-up and cleaning, we will give $100.” I completed both, but I never received the $100 as promised. I even left them a Google review on the first day and was told I would get an electric toothbrush in return, but every time I asked, they kept saying, “... read more

This is my first time dentist visit in Calgary and it was indeed a great experience. I got my cleaning done within 2 appointments. Very good customer service, you get a reminder for your appointments which makes it easier for you to reschedule or cancel on time. Really appreciate their services.
