Very Friendly Staff they did a great Job with my two little boys
If you go there make sure to keep all the receipts as long as you can I would say even more than 3 years. Even they said its covered 100% by your insurance , ask for the receipts because i know that they will send you made up bills to you after stop going there. Even after 2 years they have sent a bill to someone I know.
The experience was amazing, all the staff were amazing at their job and very good at kids handling.
Very disappointing experience, i don’t want to give even a single star, for my implant they make me to wait for 2 months, at the very first day i just said that i will pay from my pocket and they said they will order the part for my implant, but after 2 months they said me oooh you have to pay advance for ordering the part, i mean are you serious why you didn’t tell me this first, telling me after 2 months and still saying it will take 2 more weeks . This is my first time dentist visit in Calgary and it was indeed a great experience. I got my cleaning done within 2 appointments. Very good customer service, you get a reminder for your appointments which makes it easier for you to reschedule or cancel on time. Really appreciate their services.
