Very professional. Very efficient and quick results within hours.
Have had lab work, x-rays, etc performed here. Staff is really nice, receptionist helps you to make sure what's been ordered is covered under your insurance!
The most unprofessional experience under the Yale system. When in for an urinalysis with only one patient ahead of me. After inquiring about the wait the receptionist was unpleasantly unhelpful and not having an answer why the wait so long for me (Im left to assume that the color of my skin is too dark for these people) Ended up waiting 35 minutes to be coldly directed to the bathroom. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS YALE FACILITY nor I recommend it to anybody.
