Recently dined at Polpo Palm Beach a second time after we were invited back due to an underwhelming experience our first time. What an experience! My bartender, Clara, (beautiful inside and out btw), made me feel welcome and valuable right away! Like I'd known her for years.. she really took the time to find out what I like to steer me in the right direction. Her wine rec was spot onnnnnn. Grant was great too! They make a good team back there. Chef did a fantastic job with my zucchini fries, burrata salad, and wagyu steak. Big fan, would absolutely come back (when Clara is working).
I attended a birthday party. It was top notch.
