I am submitting this because Boyce uses two techniques that smear people who criticize his performance. He denies the behavior or denies he knows the person making the review. My wife will be submitting an unflattering critique of his approach. We anticipate a blast of our two reviews. I can confirm that the reviews are accurate. I wish I had read these reviews prior to speaking with Mr. Boyce. I was prepared to purchase an investment house for my son because I knew that he had blemishes on his credit. I explained this to Boyce immediately but he told me that he could possibly get my son approved, even with blemishes, using alternative credit like consistent payments on rent and light bills. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE OWNER IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NASTY. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS MAN!!! Do not talk to Raynard Boyce. He got upset because I told him I would continue to look for other options. First off, he totally operated outside of his lane. I simply asked for a HELOC (home equity line of credit).
