Do Not Use this company. The owner (Raynard *****) is a very nasty and disrespectful individual. He talks with such criticism and attitude. He got upset with me because I said I want to look at other options. He hung up on me and after calling back, he called me a crazy lady. He is a very unprofessional individual.
**** Total ***** And do not give him your credit card info. After cancelling with him he became threatening and harassing! A property that was not suitable for the specific loan applied left me out of a couple grand and guess what he states no refund but was well aware in advance regarding the condo requirements. temple mortage helped me and so many ways I been through 8 lenders who could not approve me. Temple mortage is a Blessing from God Reynard will fight for his clients until the end he will not give up on you no matter what it take he there. He even got my mortage cheaper than my rent I was paying. Thank you Reynard
I’m a realtor and I had a client who was suppose to close and that loan officer just canceled the whole deal two days after closing. So I asked around and was referred by a few people to Temple Mortgage. This was not a typical deal, there was some technical situations at hand. A lot of other loan officers couldn’t figure out what to do and passed my client on. Long story short we are closing on Tuesday.
