Received a call in regards to a prior authorization for a chest Xray. The woman that called me was very rude when I corrected her pronunciation of my name that she got wrong. Saying she does not speak Spanish. I told her she does not need to speak Spanish to pronounce it properly and had her call me by my last name. Very immature staff should not be working at this practice and it's a great way to lose clients. Makes me not want to schedule again with these people.
Just started working with Sleep Dr- an online program. Did the sleep study from Home, thorough analysis, purchased the cpap, and working through under my own terms to get acclimated. This place was another cog in the factory sleep medicine apparatus. Look at better options out there.
I thought a lot about writing this review and decided to because I believe more accountability need to be taken place in our medical system. My case was dismissed without any further investigation on what I have been suffering from and it was all chalked up to be anxiety according to the doctors. Well, It is now being investigated further by a doctor who cares and I can say for certain it is not anxiety. If the case is beyond an easy to see plan as day issue. They will push you through the system and move on.
Outstanding service AGAIN at Temple Lung Center. The staff is attentive, patient and friendly. Dr. Serpico takes time to listen and address my concerns. He offers relevant and helpful information for my longterm health. I leave this office feeling well informed and with a health plan I understand and can commit to. Such a great medical practice!!!
I will never step foot in this place again. I went in for a sleep study, and just speaking with the doctor cost over $200. While that’s more of a broader issue with our healthcare system than this office specifically, what happened afterward was unacceptable. After paying another $200+ for the sleep study, I had a delay in paying the remaining balance. Because of that, they refused to discuss my diagnosis or provide my results.
