I will never step foot in this place again. I went in for a sleep study, and just speaking with the doctor cost over $200. While that’s more of a broader issue with our healthcare system than this office specifically, what happened afterward was unacceptable. After paying another $200+ for the sleep study, I had a delay in paying the remaining balance. Because of that, they refused to discuss my diagnosis or provide my results. Just today I took my mother here for her 1 o' clock office visit. She was told to arrive early for a test. She got the test done at which time we were put into a room at five of one. We waited a half hour before my mom went out to hallway to question a nurse about the delay. The nurse came back and LIED to our face and told us our appointment was not till 1:30. I am writing to formally provide feedback regarding my recent interaction with staff at Temple Lung Center in Yardley. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I have experienced unprofessional behavior. In the past, I reported a similar incident to the office manager, at which time I was assured that the issue would be addressed and that it would not happen again. An apology was also given. Beware, if you need necessary/emergency medical care from the doctors here, the office staff could care less and would rather see you die then help you. It's pitiful.
