Rented here through Tom and Alicia at JB Rentals. They were amazing at helping me with any issues I had, which there were very few. The apartments are renovated great. There is the typical downtown noise but nothing too crazy. Very fair with security deposit and rent. Highly recommended!!
Do not expect to get any of your deposit back, no matter how you leave it. He will advertise you will get a majority of your deposit back as long as you don’t “demolish” the place, don’t believe it. We paid $1000 deposit and by no means demolished it, the paint touch ups/damages could have been fixed in a day but somehow took a whole week of work. Also, get used to loud train noises every 30 minutes which shakes the entire apartment and gunshots at least weekly. Save yourself the headache and rent with talon or sterling. Not... read more
