There is a very good reason this place only has 1.9 stars they are rude, use a crappy call center and charge too much. Then I posted my experience on social media because I thought this was still America where we have freedom of speech and “Tish” wants to shame me about my post when I called for professional services. I’ll find the Director and make sure she never goes that again.
I had a mammogram scheduled because it has been a few years. Last couple times was so uncomfortable that I really dreaded it but I know it saves lives. I read the reviews and was concerned because there were many bad remarks. Well I am here to say that from the call to schedule to receiving a call that I could come in earlier to the actual procedure …. It was all great!!! Turned away, or told I could wait 2-1/2 hours after everyone else goes ahead of me, for not being early enough for my appt. Not acceptable! They should make the appt for when they need us to be there to include paperwork rather than give a time and say “be early”. I was indeed early as told.
You cannot contact temple imaging by phone you get sepne at chi who is rude and won't connect you. I tried to GJ ree timed
We have visited this business twice in a week to get a simple knee X-ray. Our first attempt there was a 2.5 hour wait and no way to schedule an appointment. Our second visit was made after two phone calls to the staff after trying to learn a good time to get an X-ray. They had no suggestions and we were to that they would be open until five.
