Gone downhill since "upgrading" to their online form to make appointments. Phone system says reception will help you book an appointment but they just dismiss you and tell you to fill out the form online instead. My uncle's depression worsened from this and my own ADHD forms difficult to fill out but I know asking for help from the receptionist is a waste of time.
This is an excellent practice where everyone works very hard to provide speedy and efficient care despite the difficulties of today's dysfunctional NHS. I think we are very lucky to have such a professional caring practice and highly recommend it.

Beyond the tone of certain receptionists ( only recently ), this practice provides truly excellent clinical service. Over the past 27 years, the GP`s and nurses have been absolutely top-notch.
I had a phone message a couple of days ago. The irony is that I had a message from someone w ho has no idea who I am. A little while ago my GP asked me about my deformed finger, hello I have had this problem for years. I really think our physical and mental health is not being properly handled. I usually have difficulty in booking an appointment but when I visit the practice the waiting room is nearly empty. All I want is a GP who I can believe in and rely on.
