My feedback is primarily for the reception staff. At times, some of them sound a little rushed or dismissive on the phone, which may come across as lacking empathy. A warmer and more professional approach would make a big difference for patients.

1 year update reduced to 1 star- Why would you subject vulnerable people to a AI system that’s flawed and make it impossible to speak to someone by phone? Actively trying to find another practice.
