The person they sent out was not certified. We had ask for the thermostat to be changed out. What should of been a 10 minute job didn't even happen after an hour. They were touching stuff they should have so we asked them to leave because they were not knowledgeable at all and didn't know about simple wiring. They still charged us for nothing and my husband chanted it out himself during the day it want so hot in the morning.
