I want to be very clear: Dr. Shore is excellent. I have been seeing him for years and he is a great physician. Unfortunately, the office staff and management have gone seriously downhill. I’ve had multiple issues with this office recently that have made getting care unnecessarily difficult and stressful. First, I had a January appointment. Horrible wait times, doesn't take patients seriously.
Dr. Sepe is fantastic. When she switched practices a few years ago, I followed her to Temple Health. She is thorough, thoughtful and doesn't rush the appointment. Every person on the medical staff that I've dealt with was professional and kind. I do agree with other reviews that the staff at reception can be rude and I've definitely heard unprofessional behavior and tone to other patients when I'm waiting. I literally called her office and told them I’d be 15 min late. They said that was okay bc there’s a 15 min grace period. I got there exactly 15 min late like I said and Dr. Stavri wouldn’t take me. Office staff was rude like the others said.
Emily Holland and her MA were amazing! Emily answered all of my questions and was very thorough. She is a great provider who listens and made me feel cared for. Strongly recommend!
