I called this company a little over a week ago and asked about getting a new shower door and glass "window" to be put in the shower. I was told everyone was either busy or out of town, and they would call me back. I asked when I could expect the call back, and if it would be the next day. The lady on the phone did not sound confident that it would be that soon. Still waiting, but I will be done tiling soon, and will call someone else if I haven't heard from them by then.
