Great service, friendly staff everywhere, lovely mineral bath.
The difference between like and love would be updating their rooms above the parkade. Rooms in need to paint work, molding replacements and rug stain removal.
We visited the pool, it's really worth it and not too costly. We'll maintained and really great staff. Towels with sauna, sanitized water glasses. Staff watching everyone in the pool for their safety. Wash rooms are good and changing room is good too.
I have stayed at the spa in the past and it was beautiful. The rooms were nice. The spa was nice looking. Now the pool looks worn and old and in need for maintenance. The lockers although new, you do have to bring your own lock or you can buy a tiny lock from desk for 4$. The hotel room was very outdated. I am pretty sure we had the worst room as it was right next to the gym on the first floor. You could hear people in the gym at 630 am and 10 pm at night. Not great for sleeping.
