Solid gym. Small group training, knowledgeable staff, useful app, and 24/7 access. The atmosphere is relaxed and the people are friendly. I have gym anxiety and feel comfortable here, which says a lot 🙂
Temple Fitness is the place to be whether you are a seasoned athlete or looking to increase your fitness. I workout with Melissa and she is so kind and patient - even when we need to modify a modified exercise. All trainers have the same kindness and welcome you with a smile. A true judgement free zone to work on yourself.
Great staff, huge facility, meat and potatoes kind of gym. It’s not fancy, it’s rustic. Never taken part in their classes but really enjoy the simplicity of the gym.
