Cons: Feels like a turn-key operation. Nonexistent customer service and staff. I've never seen a staff member at the gym. Phone calls go to a automated voice message system. Text messages and emails are never answered or answered days later. You scan a glitchy phone app to enter the gym. Pros: Equipment selection is fine. Open 24/7.
Makes it so difficult to cancel. Doesn't respond to email’s in a timely manor. Must cancel 15 days before to not get charged for the following billing cycle, but when u cancel they close your account and you miss out on half the month you paid for. So many extra charges applied making this gym super expensive. Your better off saving the headache and going to a gym the owner will respond to you.
No free water, very expensive for what it offers and almost impossible to contact anyone who works for the gym, if you have a problem expect not to hear back for at least a week.
Not good. Likely a fire hazard in the basement.
