Great small gym, plenty of different machines for a good workout. Conveniently located in the Greenwood Lake town.
An old-school style gym with pretty much everything you could need. Everyone there was very friendly. We stayed in Greenwood Lake for a few months and were happy to go here almost every day
Unclean and no upkeep. Broken equipment. Very difficult to get in contact with anyone working or running the place.
