DO NOT get mr pearson to survey your property... He has lyed to us about when he will have it done.. TWO weeks in.. I had to call and tell him to get it done.. pay less you get what u pay for.. i would have paid twice as much to have another surveyor to have is done in a timely manner... Mr. Pearson has almost cost me as sale.. To sell something these days is few and far between... my advise is to pay more and get someone else.... TRUST ME....
