I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not go here unless you wanna waste your time and money. I took my dog here and had me waiting and waiting to get called up for my dog to get checked up, my appoint was at 9 and they didn’t call me till abt 20 minutes later when it was not even busy, plus those girl at the front are pretty rude and like I said will have you waiting, when they called me they took my dog and myself to a room to get checked up one of the girls talked to us then left and said we had to wait for the actua... read more

I moved to a different zip code in January and wanted to transfer my cat’s care to a veterinarian closer to home. Since March 2026, I have been trying to contact Temple City Animal Hospital to obtain my cat’s vaccination records. It is now June, and I have yet to receive the records or any response. Requesting basic medical documentation for a pet should not be this difficult. I am not willing to stress out my cat and drive 45 miles through LA traffic to get care. Absolute horrible hospital they almost killed my french bulldog told me he had air in his colon when he had pancreatitis. Thank god I found a good vet to heal him. Stay away from this hospital not only did they almost kill my dog they took zero accountability. Nelly theit supervisor is also beyond rude and a joke. Stay away fron here.
