The technician Cynthia put a second chip in my dog without my permission!!!!! OMG!!!!! She refused to apologize and insisted on her invasion of my and my dog's right to invade my dog's health just because she believes my dog needs a 15 digit chip instead of a 9 digit one that she already has. A chip stays in the dog FOREVER. The tissues will grow around the chip and it can't be taken out. Now my dog will live with it forever. There are dogs that were believed to get killed from this.
