Really good at design and parts of build quality but keeping owner up to date, responding to their concerns, returning calls and follow through, not so much. I believe paying a lot of money to them for a custom home means working with and catering to you the customer as well. At least call me back when I call you, that is just a courteous and respectful thing to do. Especially if I’m the one paying the bill🤨. still waiting for payment, since march 31st on may 3rd he stated that he would check on it, now 10 days later still no response called business and personal numbers many times , left 8 text messages, sent email, contacted on facebook and even tried linkedin, now out of options but i didnt want to resort to leaving a bad review but i deserve to be paid for my work and was left no other choice.
My parents built with Temple, they have nothing but good things to say about Justin!
